• Kelowna Karate reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Class Enrollment and Membership

• All students must complete a registration form and abide by the dojo rules.
• Membership fees must be paid in full by the due date to maintain active enrollment.
• Kelowna Karate reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership at its discretion.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

• All class fees, membership dues, and other payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Missed classes due to personal reasons are not eligible for refunds or credits.
• In the event that Kelowna Karate cancels a class, a make-up session or credit may be offered.

4. Code of Conduct

• All students, parents, and visitors must treat instructors, staff, and fellow members with respect.
• Any form of bullying, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the dojo without a refund.
• Proper attire, including a clean gi (karate uniform), must be worn during training.

5. Liability Waiver

• By enrolling in our classes, participants acknowledge that martial arts training involves physical activity and potential risk of injury.
• Kelowna Karate, its instructors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during training or events.
• Participants agree to assume all risks and waive any claims against Kelowna Karate.

6. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.
• Any data collected through our website or registration forms is used solely for the purposes of communication and program administration.

7. Website Use

• You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may cause harm to Kelowna Karate or its members.
