For those who wish to start or have previously taken karate, we
accommodate beginners through advanced belts. The shotokan style of karate is taught. Benefits include co-ordination, confidence, selfdefence, mental and physical conditioning. Robert Levin is a fourth degree black belt, shotokan National medalist, Provincial gold and silver medalist, Provincial Referee, and nationally certified instructor.
